Terms of Service

Reverb Script Hub – Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These Terms govern access to Reverb Script Hub, its website, key service, loader, scripts, related features and support services (together, the “Service”), operated under the trading name Reverb. By purchasing a paid access key or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and authorise your use. Paid purchases must be made by someone legally able to enter the contract, or by a parent or guardian on the user’s behalf. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

2. What Reverb provides

Reverb provides digital access keys and a loader that makes supported scripts available for selected Roblox experiences. Available games and features can change as games, Roblox, executors and other dependencies change.

Free keys are issued after completing the displayed Linkvertise or Work.ink checkpoints and normally provide access for the duration stated on the key page. Paid plans may include time-limited Premium access, Lifetime Premium access, or a multi-device plan such as Farmers Edition. The product page and checkout description shown at purchase form part of the contract.

A time-limited Premium key begins its stated access period when first activated unless the product page expressly states otherwise. “Lifetime” means access for the lifetime of the Reverb Premium Service, not the purchaser’s lifetime, and does not guarantee permanent operation. Keys are delivered digitally through SellAuth and/or the delivery method shown at checkout. You must provide accurate contact information and keep the delivered key secure.

3. Licence and acceptable use

Reverb grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Service for the plan and device allowance purchased. A standard key is limited to its configured device allowance. Farmers Edition or another multi-device plan is limited to the allowance advertised for that plan.

You must not share, sell, trade, publish or redistribute a key; bypass authentication, checkpoints, device limits or security controls; reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute Reverb code; disrupt the Service; use false information for payment, fraud or support; harass staff or users; or use the Service unlawfully.

Device changes and reset requests are handled through Reverb support and may be restricted where there is reasonable evidence of sharing, resale, fraud or abuse. Reverb may use key-validation, device/account matching and security records to investigate misuse.

4. Roblox and third-party risks

Reverb is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Third-party scripts or executors may breach Roblox’s rules and may cause account restrictions, loss of progress or other consequences. You are responsible for deciding whether to use them and for protecting your accounts and devices. Reverb does not guarantee that any script or executor is undetectable, continuously compatible or safe from enforcement by Roblox or another platform.

The Service relies on providers including SellAuth, payment processors, Vercel, Supabase, Discord, Linkvertise and Work.ink. Those providers have their own terms and may experience outages or changes outside Reverb’s control.

5. Payments, digital delivery and cancellation

Prices, plan length, device allowance and included features are those displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by SellAuth and its payment providers; Reverb does not receive full card details.

Where you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that delivery begins during a statutory cancellation period, you may lose the ordinary right to cancel once supply begins, as permitted by law. This does not affect legal rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

6. Suspension and termination

Reverb may suspend or revoke a key where there is reasonable evidence of key sharing, resale, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, bypassing security controls, attacks on the Service, unlawful use, serious harassment or another material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, Reverb will consider the circumstances and allow an explanation before permanent action. Immediate temporary action may be taken to protect the Service or other users.

Access lost because of the user’s material breach is normally not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. A Discord moderation action does not automatically cancel paid script access unless the same conduct also breaches these Terms or creates a security or support risk.

7. Availability, updates and Lifetime access

Reverb may add, remove or change games, scripts and features to maintain security, compatibility and the Service. Reverb may also discontinue all or part of the Service. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated through the website or official Discord where reasonably practicable. If a change means paid digital content no longer matches its description or cannot be supplied, any remedy will be assessed under applicable consumer law and the Refund Policy.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is supplied with the rights and standards required by applicable law. Subject to those rights, Reverb does not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every executor or device, continued support for every game, or protection from Roblox enforcement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Reverb is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, losses caused by third parties outside Reverb’s reasonable control, or business losses arising from consumer use. Reverb is not responsible for loss resulting from a user’s breach of these Terms or failure to follow reasonable security guidance.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

Contact Reverb first at reverbsupport@proton.me or through https://discord.gg/xKh6WsgJem so there is an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Filing a dishonest or abusive payment dispute may result in suspension of the affected key and supporting evidence being provided to the payment provider. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising lawful rights with your bank, payment provider, court or consumer-protection body.

10. Privacy

Use of the Service involves processing described in the Reverb Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have been given that information. Privacy rights are not waived by accepting these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

Reverb may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or operational reasons. The current version and effective date will be published on the website. Material changes affecting existing paid access will be notified where reasonably practicable and will not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law applying to you.

13. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, the product description and the Refund Policy form the agreement concerning the Service.
