Reverb Script Hub – Terms of Service Last updated: 27th March 2026

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital access keys ("Keys") to the Reverb Script Hub ("the Service"), operated by Reverb. By purchasing or using a Key, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To purchase and use the Service, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • If aged 13 to 18, you have verifiable parental or guardian permission to purchase and use the Service
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • If you are under 13, you are expressly prohibited from purchasing or using the Service

2. Product Description & Delivery

The Service provides access to the Reverb Script Hub, a collection of scripts for use within the Roblox platform. Access is granted via a unique Key entered into the Reverb Loader each time you use the Service.

Keys are delivered instantly via email and grant either:

  • Lifetime Access: Access for the duration the Service remains operational
  • Time-Limited Access: Access for a fixed period (e.g. 30 days), after which the Key expires and a new one must be purchased

Risk of loss passes to you upon transmission of the Key to your provided email address. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by email typos, spam filters, full mailboxes, or provider issues.

The Service relies on third-party providers including Luarmor for key management and authentication. Downtime caused by these providers is beyond our control.

3. Licensing & Usage Rules

Keys are strictly non-transferable and licensed to you personally, not sold. Upon first use, your Key is permanently locked to a single Hardware ID (HWID) and can only be used on one device at a time.

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, resell, trade, give away, or publicly distribute your Key
  • Attempt to bypass, crack, or interfere with the HWID locking system or Luarmor authentication
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to steal the source code of the scripts
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
  • Violate any applicable laws or Roblox Corporation's Terms of Service
  • Sell or offer access to the Service on third-party marketplaces (e.g. eBay, PlayerUp)

HWID Resets

If you change your hardware, you may reset your HWID to transfer access to your new device:

  • Resets are limited to one (1) per 24-hour period
  • Resets are self-service via the script panel channel in our official Discord server
  • Resets take effect immediately upon completion
  • We reserve the right to revoke self-service reset access if we suspect abuse or key sharing
  • Extreme abuse (e.g. resetting multiple times per day across different devices) may result in permanent access revocation without refund

Key Sharing

If you attempt to share your Key, we reserve the right to revoke access immediately without refund. Evidence includes multiple failed HWID binding attempts from different devices, IP logs indicating distribution, or admission of sharing.

4. Payments, Refunds & Dispute Resolution

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Due to the digital nature of Keys, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Misuse of the Key (e.g. binding to the wrong HWID)
  • Incompatibility with your hardware or software
  • Expiration of time-limited access
  • Violations of these Terms leading to termination
  • Discontinuation of the Service

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue, contact us via Discord or email before filing any dispute. If you file a chargeback without first contacting us:

  • Your access will be terminated immediately
  • Your Key and HWID will be permanently blacklisted
  • You will be banned from our Discord server and all associated communities
  • You will be ineligible for any future purchases
  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus associated fees and penalties

5. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for violations including:

  • Key sharing or unauthorised distribution
  • Bypassing or tampering with the HWID system or Luarmor authentication
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to steal source code
  • Harassment of staff or users
  • Any malicious activity disrupting the Service
  • Providing false information during purchase or support
  • Abuse of the HWID reset system

Upon termination:

  • Your Key will be rendered invalid immediately
  • Your HWID will be blacklisted, preventing future access even with a new Key
  • We may also ban you from our Discord server at our discretion
  • No refund will be issued and any remaining access time is forfeited immediately

Service Shutdown

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time. In the event of permanent shutdown, Lifetime access holders acknowledge that access will cease with no refund, credit, or compensation provided. Notice will be given via our Discord server and/or website.

6. Third-Party Services

  • Luarmor: Used for key management, validation, and authentication. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions caused by Luarmor. Their privacy policy governs their data handling.
  • Discord: Our community and support are hosted on Discord, subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Discord outages or policy changes.
  • We disclaim all liability arising from your use of any third-party services integrated with the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

  • Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation
  • Protection from Roblox account bans or suspensions
  • Compatibility with your specific hardware or software
  • That the Service will meet your requirements or expectations

You use the Service at your sole risk.

8. Roblox Risks & Acknowledgement

Reverb is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Roblox Corporation in any way.

You acknowledge that using third-party scripts violates Roblox Corporation's Terms of Service and may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of your Roblox account
  • Loss of in-game purchases, currency, items, or progress
  • IP bans from the Roblox platform
  • Legal action by Roblox Corporation

You accept full and sole responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United Kingdom, Reverb and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Account suspension or termination by Roblox Corporation
  • Downtime, service interruptions, or data loss
  • Unauthorised access to your data or transmissions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Key giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reverb, its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any damage caused to a third party by your use of the Service
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

11. Discord Community & Conduct

Our Discord server operates under its own set of rules. Please review them upon joining.

  • A Discord ban does not automatically revoke your script access unless you have also violated these Terms
  • A script access revocation does not automatically result in a Discord ban
  • We treat these as separate environments

Support is primarily provided through Discord and also via email. We strive to respond promptly but do not guarantee specific response times.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will aim to provide at least 7 days' notice via Discord or our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reverb regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements or representations.
