Refund Policy

Reverb Script Hub – Refund Policy Last updated: 27th March 2026

This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds, exchanges, and disputes for purchases made through the Reverb Script Hub ("the Service").

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a Key has been delivered to your email address, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Misuse of the Key (e.g. binding to the wrong HWID)
  • Incompatibility with your hardware or software
  • Expiration of time-limited access
  • Violations of our Terms of Service leading to termination
  • Discontinuation of the Service

2. Genuine Technical Issues

We are reasonable and want you to have a working product. If you experience a genuine technical issue with your Key, contact us before assuming the purchase is lost:

We will do our best to resolve legitimate issues promptly.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • Your access to the Service will be terminated immediately
  • Your Key and HWID will be permanently blacklisted
  • You will be banned from our Discord server and all associated communities
  • You will be ineligible for any future purchases
  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees, penalties, and administrative costs

4. Termination Without Refund

If your access is revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including key sharing, HWID abuse, or harassment), you are not entitled to a refund. Any remaining access time, including Lifetime access, is forfeited immediately upon termination.
