How do I get my key?
After payment is confirmed, your key is available on your order page and in your delivery email. Run the Reverb script and enter your key.
When does my access start?
Timed Premium access starts when you first use your key in Reverb. The access period then runs continuously, including while you are offline.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. When a timed key expires, you can buy another. There are no automatic charges.
Can I use my key on different accounts and devices?
You can use your key across your own accounts and devices. Keys are for personal use only and must not be shared with other people. Sharing can result in your key being revoked without a refund.
Which games can I use it with?
Your key gives you Premium access across the currently supported Reverb games. You still need a compatible executor. Premium is a Reverb key, not an executor.
What does lifetime mean?
Your lifetime key remains valid for as long as Reverb exists. Supported games and compatibility can change. The rule against sharing your key with other people still applies.
How do priority support and suggestions work?
Open a ticket in the Reverb Discord for support. Premium customers receive priority assistance, and their game and feature suggestions receive priority consideration. Requests are not guaranteed to be implemented.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final. Reverb does not offer voluntary refunds. This does not affect any rights that apply under law.
